Shipping and Handling

We prioritize shipping your product and send hundreds of orders to satisfied customers worldwide daily. However, since most of our warehouses are located internationally, our shipping and handling times may vary, and we can not offer next-day delivery. 

Here's a breakdown of the process:

  1. Processing time: once we receive your payment, we immediately send your order to our suppliers for verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. This step takes an additional 1-4 days.
  2. Shipping time: this is the time it takes for your items to be shipped from our warehouses to your destination. Usually, it takes around 10-15 days, but the shipping times vary.
  3. Tracking: after your order is shipped, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to locate your product quickly on our website anytime using our tracking page. Please note that while most shipping companies provide tracking, it may not be available in all cases.
